1. Introduction

By accessing, browsing, or using CareerMaker.ai (the "Platform"), including any subdomains, services, mobile applications, tools, or related content, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable policies.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Definitions

• Account means the registered user profile.

• Content includes all platform material.
• User Content means materials submitted by users.
• Confidential Information includes proprietary data.
• DPDP Act means Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• Applicable Laws include all governing regulations.

3. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users including browsers, registered users, and purchasers of paid services.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, AI models, databases, content, and trademarks are the exclusive property of MyUES Career Academy Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-commercial license to use the Platform.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit any platform materials without written consent.

5. User Representations and Obligations

• You have legal capacity to enter this agreement.
• You are not a minor.
• You will comply with all laws.
• You will provide accurate information.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Unauthorized data extraction
• Security circumvention
• Malware or spam distribution
• Impersonation
• Automated scraping or bots
• Multiple deceptive accounts
• IP or data law violations

7. Payment Terms

Paid services may include subscriptions. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in termination.

8. User Content and License

You retain ownership of User Content but grant a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it for platform operations, analytics, and improvement.

9. Data Utilization & Analytics

Anonymized data may be used for analytics, benchmarking, and AI training in compliance with the DPDP Act.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable Indian laws.

11. Cookies

Cookies are used to enhance functionality. Disabling cookies may affect features.

12. Beta Features

Beta features are experimental and provided "as is" without warranties.

13. Promotions

Promotions are time-bound, non-transferable, and subject to specific terms.

14. Third-Party Links

The Company is not responsible for third-party services or content.

15. Communications

You consent to receive communications via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital channels.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

17. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous three months.
