In March 2025, two passionate educators—Zubair Pradhan and Jaishree Saxena—asked themselves a powerful question: How can we leverage our combined expertise to create meaningful change for millions of students while harnessing the transformative power of technology?

Zubair brought years of experience as a coach, trainer, and educator. Jaishree contributed her deep expertise as a teacher, tutor, and educational researcher. How to bridge the gap between education & employment

A critical gap remained: while professors guide students through college, who champions them after graduation? Who bridges the chasm between academic achievement and professional success?

Further research revealed an even more daunting statistic: for every single job posting in India, thousands of job seekers compete through platforms like Indeed and Internshala. The odds seemed insurmountable, but for Zubair and Jaishree, impossible odds meant one thing—an opportunity to innovate.
